Delete your account
This page explains how to delete your Artist Archive account and the information linked to it.
Option 1: Delete it in the app (fastest)
If you can still open Artist Archive:
- Open the app and go to Settings.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account and its data are removed straight away.
Option 2: Ask us by email
If you can no longer open the app, email us from the address on your account and ask us to delete it:
Email: support@artistarchiveapp.com
We will action your request and confirm by email within 30 days.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account removes your Artist Archive account and the clients, sessions, appointments, products, notes and photographs stored in it.
What may be kept briefly
Some limited information may remain for a short time in secure backups, or where we are required to keep it by law, before it is removed. This is explained in our Privacy Policy under "How long information is kept".
